I was given this Xbox for free from a good friend of mine who got it from someone else. When I recieved this console, I found no issues and performed the following modifications:

• Simple 360 NAND Flasher
This Console has been cleaned inside and out, tested thoroughly and works great. System displays a clean picture with no visual or audio glitches. Disc drive reads games flawlessly as well & Both GPU/CPU have fresh Arctic-MX6 thermal paste applied.
The system boot times are Great! Console instaboots sometimes, other times it'll take 10 seconds to boot.
