Shipping policy

I apply free shipping on ALL items. All items purchased will be shipped same day guaranteed. If an item arrives damaged or missing, I do offer refunds (both partial and/or full) under certain circumstances.

All buyers MUST provide proof that the items in question arrived damaged, Like a photo. Once proof is shown, negotiations can be made to either offer partial refunds or a full refund. If a buyer requests a partial refund after showing proof that an item arrives damaged, a partial refund will be sent. If a buyer requests a full refund, the buyer must return the item in question in its original packaging and box directly back to my shipping address. Once the item arrives to my shipping address, a full refund will be forwarded to the buyer immediately,
